Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 8th day of December 1997 at the District Court at Tauranga, Andrew David Ward of 40B Manson Street, Tauranga, occupation unknown, was convicted and sentenced to 12 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 2 years from 8 June 1998, following his conviction on 8 June 1998, for an offence of refusing blood specimen, driving whilst disqualified having been previously convicted of driving whilst disqualified and threatening to kill and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg has ordered that a Honda Civic motor vehicle, registered No. KE 7069 owned by the above-mentioned defendant Andrew David Ward, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 8th day of June 1998.
