Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 22nd day of April 1998 at the District Court at Tauranga, Dylan Wynne Hogg of 10 Ocean Crest, Mount Maunganui, was convicted and sentenced to 3 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence indefinitely, following his conviction on 22 April 1998, for an offence of failing to permit specimen of blood and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge Young has ordered that a Datsun Fairlady motor vehicle, registered No. RD 3262 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Dylan Wynne Hogg, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 22nd day of April 1998.
