District Court Henderson Amending Notice Pursuant to section 4 (5) of the District Courts Act 1947, His Excellency the Govenor-General has been pleased to amend, with effect from 30 March 1998, the appointment of the Borough of Henderson as a place in which courts may be held for the exercise of civil and criminal jurisdiction (notified 12 August 1982 at page 2640) by deleting the words ``The Borough of Henderson'' and replacing them with the words ``The City of Waitakere''.
