Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 23rd day of February 1998 at the District Courtat Tauranga, Ileen Hiriana Wilson, unemployed of 213 Range Road, Papamoa, was convicted and sentenced to 9 months supervision and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence, pursuant to section 30a of the Transport Act, from 23 February 1998, following her conviction on 23 February 1998, for an offence of driving with excess breath alcohol. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. C. McKegg has ordered that a 1986 Toyota Corolla motor vehicle, registration No. RA 7534 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Ileen Hiriana Wilson, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985. The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 23rd day of February 1998.
