Dissolution of Te Kao Area School Board of Trustees Pursuant to section 107 (1) of the Education Act 1989, I am satisfied that the Te Kao Area School Board of Trustees should not continue in existence by reason of mismanagement and lack of action, and I hereby dissolve the Te Kao Area School Board of Trustees and direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a commissioner to act in its place.
