Notice of Disclaimer Under Section 338 of the Companies Act 1955 Former Property of R O Sandstad Limited In the matter of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in the matter of section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of R O Sandstad Limited (dissolved): Whereas on 4 February 1998, I, Dr. Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the Treasury, first became aware that the Crown was vested (by virtue of the removal of R O Sandstad Limited from the Register of Companies on 1 June 1995) with rights as lessee under lease C. 511992.1 dated 23 July 1993 between Dexter Fry and Tracey Jane Reeves-Fry, both self employed of Auckland, as lessors and R O Sandstad Limited, as lessee, in respect of premises situated at 66 Mount Eden Road, Auckland, registered on 30 August 1993 at the Auckland Land Registry against certificate of title 92B/629, North Auckland Land Registry (``the lease''). Take notice that I, Dr. Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in the lease.
