Poule Enterprises Limited Notice of Intention to Remove a Company From the New Zealand Register Pursuant to Section 318 of the Companies Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove Poule Enterprises Limited, having its registered office at 22 Amersham Way, Manukau City, from the New Zealand Companies Register under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles and the Companies Act 1993.
