New Zealand Hotel Investments Limited (in liquidation), DBG Investments Limited (in liquidation) and Glenleith Holdings Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Companies From the Register Notice is hereby given that I, Ian Anthony Gould, the liquidator of the above-named companies, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of the above-named companies, whose registered office is situated at Level Eight, 23 Customs Street East, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that I have, as liquidator of the above-named companies, sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, in respect of the above-named companies. Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Auckland by the 6th day of March 1998 (being the date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the above-named companies from the Register.
