Alsafe Group Limited Notice of Intention to Remove From the New Zealand Register of Companies Notice is given that Savage Holdings New Zealand Limited being the shareholder of the company proposes to make application to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 320 of the Companies Act 1993, to remove Alsafe Group Limited, having its registered office at 401 Great South Road, Penrose, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register of Companies. The company is to be removed, pursuant to section 318 (2) (a), on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
