Southern Extraction Limited (in liquidation) DN. 314901 Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that the undersigned liquidator of Southern Extraction Limited (in liquidation), whose office is situated at Polson Higgs & Co, 139 Moray Place (P.O. Box 5346), Dunedin, intends to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in subsection 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraph 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has been completed.
