Peter Chibnall Associates Limited HN. 323065 Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Peter Chibnall Associates Limited, whose registered office is situated at 110 Pembroke Street, Hamilton, from the New Zealand Register, on the grounds that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court under section 241 of the Act for an order putting the company into liquidation. Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Hamilton, by the 20th day of November 1998 (being the date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
