Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Bergham Nominees Limited: Notice is hereby given that the directors of Bergham Nominees Limited intend to send or deliver to the Registrar of Companies an application for the removal of the company from the Register.
