Powerline Limited Notice of Intention to Request Removal of Company From the Register Notice is given under section 320 of the Companies Act 1993, that CentralPower Limited, being a shareholder of Powerline Limited, intends to request the Registrar of Companies to remove Powerline Limited from the Register of Companies under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993.
