Notice of Intention to Remove the Company From the Register In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Whangaehu Electric Power Company Limited (in winding up): Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, that: (a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register, under section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that the company having no assets or liabilities has been wound up and the directors have sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act. (b) Any objection to the removal, under section 321, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than the 10th day of October 1998.
