Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Counties Holdings Limited Notice is given that the directors of Counties Holdings Limited, intend to send or deliver to the Registrar of Companies an application for the removal of the company from the Register.
