Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register In the matter of Tumautanga Properties Limited (in liquidation) and Koster Konsultants Limited (in liquidation): Notice is hereby given that the liquidator's final reports have been delivered to the Registrar and that it is now intended to remove both companies from the New Zealand Register under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
