Stephensons Enterprises Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intended Removal of the Above Company From the Register Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of Stephensons Enterprises Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at the corner of William Roberts and Reeves Roads, Pakuranga, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in paragraph 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraphs 293 (1) (e) of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has been completed. Unless written objection to such removal, under section 296 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland by the 13th day of September 1998 (being a date not less than 28 days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
