Freshfield Foods Limited Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that Mark Eaton Tingey, a shareholder of Freshfield Foods Limited (``the company''), proposes to apply to the Register of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 (``the Act'') for the removal from the Register of the Companies. The grounds on which Mark Eaton Tingey intends to base his application are that the company: (a) Has ceased to carry on business; (b) Has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors; and (c) Has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act. Unless written objection to the company's removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Auckland by the 26th day of August 1998 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
