MacColl Industries Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, the Registrar will be removing the above company from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the joint liquidators have completed their duties. The joint liquidators have delivered their final report on the liquidations in terms of section 231 of the Companies Act 1955, to the Registrar.
