Simon Alder & Associates Limited Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 We, the undersigned members hereby give notice that we intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland for the removal from the Register of the above-named company having its registered office at 130 Ponsonby Road, Auckland, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged all it's liabilities to all it's known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
