Cairnfield Holdings Limited Notice of Intention to Remove Company from the Register Stephen Wayne Perkinson, the sole director of the above-named company which has its registered office at corner of Bank and Hunt Streets, Whangarei, gives notice that he intends to request under section 318 (1) (d) (ii) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business and has no creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993. Unless written objection to the removal of the company is delivered to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993 on or before the 7th day of September 1998, the Registrar will remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
