Parklands Farm Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Intended Removal of the Above Company From the Register Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of Parklands Farm Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 236 Clyde Road, Christchurch, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in paragraph 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraph 318 (1) (e) of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has been completed.
