Brom Holdings Limited Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that Paulus Jacobus Brom, a shareholder of Brom Holdings Limited (``the company''), the registered office of which is at Level Five, 132 Quay Street, Auckland, proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 (``the Act'') for the removal from the Register of the company. The grounds on which Paulus Jacobus Brom intends to base his application are that the company: 1. Has ceased to carry on business; 2. Has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors; and 3. Has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act. Unless written objection to the company's removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Auckland by the 1st day of August 1998 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
