Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of CAPS Canterbury Incorporated (in liquidation), having its registered office at 187 Cashel Street, Christchurch: Notice is given, pursuant to section 320 (2) of the Act, that it is intended that the incorporated society be removed from the Register under section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that the liquidator has delivered to the Registrar, the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act. Any objection to the removal, under section 321, must be lodged with the Registrar, together with the grounds for such objection, no later than the 20th day of February 1998.
