Unisub Limited Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Company From the Register Notice is given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at New Plymouth, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Unisub Limited, whose registered office is situated care of Otter Gold Mines Limited, Level Six, Tower Two, the Shortland Centre, 55 Shortland Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, for an order putting the company into liquidation. Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at New Plymouth, by the 10th day of July 1998, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
