Comprador Traders Limited Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 318 of the Companies Act 1993 I, the company director, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies for the removal from the Register of Comprador Traders Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, as the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
