Midavia Investments Limited (``the company'') Notice of Intention to Apply to be Removed From the New Zealand Register Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993 Midavia Investments Limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand, having its registered office at 151 Queen Street, Auckland, hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993, that: (a) It intends to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register on or after the 16th day of June 1998, in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in, or in any part of, another country; and (b) It is proposed that the company will become incorporated under the law in force in Belgium.
