R&S Brooksbank Plastering Contractors Limited Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that Ronald Alvinza Brooksbank, a shareholder of R&S Brooksbank Plastering Contractors Limited (``the company'') the registered office of which is at 31A Kowhai Road, Mairangi Bay, Auckland, proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 (``the Act'') for the removal from the Register of the company. The grounds on which Ronald Alvinza Brooksbank intends to base his application are that the company: (a) Has ceased to carry on business; and (b) Has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors. Unless written objection to the company's removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Auckland by the 22nd day of June 1998 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
