The companies, which have their registered office at Auckland, by request under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 (``the Act'') on the grounds that the liquidations have been completed and the liquidators have filed their reports with the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993.
