Medi-Group Wholesalers Nominees Limited Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register Notice is given by Bruce Neil Stimpson and Gerard Alexander Don, authorised directors of the company, that they propose to make application to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (ii) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Medi-Group Wholesalers Nominees Limited, whose registered office is at Doyle Gilberd & Co, Suite 16, Wicksteed Terrace, Wanganui, from the Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
