Oceania and Locus Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Request Removal of Company From the Register I, Thomas Albert Cecil Murray, the liquidator of Oceania and Locus Limited (in liquidation), the registered office of which is at Level Five, Tower One, the Shortland Centre, 5153 Shortland Street, Auckland, give notice that the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, have been sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies and I intend to request the Registrar to remove the company from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Act.
