Creative Gardens Limited Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company from the Register Notice is hereby given that the undersigned applicant proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Creative Gardens Limited, whose registered office is situated at 980 Ferry Road, Christchurch, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
