Notice of Proposal to Apply to the Registrar to Remove the Below Companies from the Register In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of C.E. Daniell Limited, Fletcher Consulting Services Limited and Fletcher Forests Marketing Limited (all with their registered offices at Penrose, Auckland): Pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, and subsequent to the liquidations of the above-named companies having been completed, I, Leonard Smith, business consultant of Pakuranga as the liquidator, hereby gives notice that I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal of the above companies from the Register, pursuant to section 318 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
