Mitsui Computer Systems Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register Mitsui Computer Systems Limited (in liquidation) (``the company''), which has its registered office at Auckland, by request under section 293 (1) of the Companies Act 1955 (``the Act''), on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the liquidators have filed their reports with the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 231 of the Act.
