I W Knight Contracting Limited Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that Ian Warren Knight, a shareholder of I W Knight Contracting Limited (``the company''), the registered office of which is at Harry Wood, Accountant, 102 Upper Seddon Street, Waihi, proposes to apply to the Register of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 (``the Act'') for the removal from the Register of the company.
