Wilkinson's Bakery Limited (``the company'') AK. 050156 Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register I, Errol Edward Wilkinson, being a member authorised by special resolution of Wilkinson's Bakery Limited, whose registered office is situated at 3 Magnolia Avenue, Whangarei, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955, that since the company has ceased to carry on a business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act (being grounds for removal contained in section 293 (1) (d) (i) of the Act), it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register. Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 28 days after the publication of this notice.
