Historic Properties Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the New Zealand Register of Companies The liquidator of Historic Properties Limited (in liquidation) hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 320 of the Companies Act 1993, of his intention to apply to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the New Zealand Register of Companies. This removal is to be made, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds the liquidator has sent the final report to the Registrar referred to under section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
