Notice of Proposal to Apply to the Registrar to Remove the Companies From the Register In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), and in the matter of Architectural Windows Limited, Fisher Windows Limited, Lyte Ladders & Lyte Aluminium Industries Limited, Nebulite Aluminium Industries Limited, Ry-Lock Company Limited, Skottowe Industries Limited, Vistalite Aluminium Limited, all with their registered offices at Mount Wellington, Auckland: Pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended), and subsequent to the liquidations to facilitate the restructuring of the group of companies having been completed, I, Leonard Smith, business consultant of Pakuranga, as the liquidator, hereby gives notice that I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal of the above companies from the Register, pursuant to section 293 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 (as amended).
