NAFA Associates Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Application for Removal From the Register Notice is given that, pursuant to section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, the Registrar must remove the above company, whose registered office is situated at Level Eight, Westpac Tower, 120 Albert Street, Auckland, from the Register on the grounds that the the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, have been delivered to the Registrar, thereby completing the liquidation, pursuant to section 219 of the Act. Unless, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, written objection to the removal is delivered to the Registrar by the 22nd day of April 1998, the Registrar is obliged to remove the company from the Register.
