Edwards Investments Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955 Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register Edwards Investments Limited (in liquidation) (``the company''), which has its registered office at Christchurch, by request under section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 (``the Act'') on the grounds that the liquidator has sent or delivered to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Act.
