Goodman Fielder (N.Z.) Limited Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register Goodman Fielder (N.Z.) Limited (``the company''), as the resulting amalgamated company of an amalgamation between Goodman Fielder (N.Z.) Limited, GF Industries Limited, GF New Zealand Limited, GF Investments Limited, WIL Investment Management Limited, GF Superannuation Nominees Limited and Goodman Group Nominees Limited, gives notice, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993, that: (a) It intends to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register on or after the 21st day of April 1998 in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in, or in any part of, another country; and (b) It is intended to incorporate the company under the law in force in New South Wales, Australia.
