Yiluffa Investment Company Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of Yiluffa Investment Company Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 129 Mountain Road, Epsom, Auckland, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies, the final reports and statements referred to in subsection 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, with the intent that the company be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to paragraph 293 (1) (e) of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidation of the company has been completed.
