In respect of the first-named company, all documents referred to in section 357 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 (``the Act'') have been delivered to the District Registrar of Companies at Auckland. In respect of the second-named company, the said documents required by the said section have been delivered to the District Registrar of Companies at Wellington. In each case the relevant District Registrar of Companies has been requested to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
