Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Weka Holdings Limited: Notice is hereby given that the directors of Weka Holdings Limited intend to send or deliver to the Registrar of Companies, an application for the removal of the company from the Register.
