Newman Investments Limited Notice of Intention to Apply to the Registrar for Removal of the Above Company From the Register Notice is hereby given that it is proposed to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Newman Investments Limited from the Company Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and this Act. Public notice is given in accordance with section 320 (2) of the following: (a) The company name is Newman Investments Limited with its registered office at 11 Watt Street, Wanganui. (b) Application is made under section 318 (1) (d).
