Miller Foster Line Limited Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove Miller Foster Line Limited, registered office care of 27 Mewburn Avenue, Mount Eden, from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it will not carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with the Companies Act 1993.
