Civil Aviation Rules The Minister of Transport intends to make ordinary rules in the following CAR Parts Part 61 Pilot Licences and Ratings, amendments to Part 19, Part 61 Subparts A, B, C, F, G, H, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, and R Part 129 Foreign Air Transport Operator Certification, amendment pursuant to section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990.
