Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road: State Highway No. 30, Rotokawau Road to Lake Okataina Road It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated 1 July 1998, and pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 30, commencing at Rotokawau Road (Route Position 158/3.62) proceeding in a generally easterly direction for a distance of 7.74 kilometres to Lake Okataina Road (Route Position 158/11.36) as more particularly shown on Plan LA 25/125/2 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Hamilton and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
