Summary of Exemptions Granted by the Director of Civil Aviation Pursuant to section 37 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given of exemptions, set out in the Schedule hereto, granted by the Director of Civil Aviation. Schedule Docket 98/EXE/151 CAR 101.59 On 26 May 1998. The director granted an exemption to BlimpCam NZ Limited from the requirement in Civil Aviation Rule 101.59 not to operate a moored balloon at night. See CARRIL issue 3 June 1998 for provisos. Docket 98/EXE/103 CAR 61.29 The director granted an exemption to every pilot employed by Helicopter Services (BOP) Limited from the requirement of Civil Aviation Rule 61.29 (b).
