Civil Aviation Emergency Rule 98/EMY/3, Ardmore Aerodrome Traffic Under Sections 31 and 35 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 The Director of Civil Aviation made an emergency rule, 98/EMY/3, on 5 March 1998, which prescribes requirements for Ardmore aerodrome traffic, in addition to those prescribed in any other Civil Aviation Rule Part, when an aerodrome control service is not in operation. This emergency rule expires on 3 June 1998. Pursuant to section 35 (5) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, the Director of Civil Aviation hereby renews Emergency Rule 98/EMY/3, for a period of 30 days, beginning on 4 June 1998, and ending on 3 July 1998.
